Heya! I don't know if your game is still bugged up, but all you need to do is go to the Modern Warfare 2 Properties, Local Files, and hit sp22. In there, hit "Type" at the top of the window to bring sp22-cod to the top so it's easier to find, left click sp22-cod once, then right click sp22-cod and hit properties.
